The Cascina la Palazzina farm is located in the municipality of Albairate, less than 20 kilometres from the centre of Milan towards the south west. It is situated in the Parco Agricolo Sud Milano ("Rural Park South Milan"). The farm’s position is particularly suitable for those working at the Fiera Milano and Rho or in the Magenta-Abbiategrasso area.
Moreover, being close to the main attractions of the Parco Agricolo Sud di Milano makes the farm’s location ideal for horse riding and mountain biking, perfect for those seeking a mixture of relaxation and activities.
In 2005 and 2008, several buildings of the farm’s living area were restructured to create an agricultural tourism style Bed & Breakfast, providing double and single rooms with private bathrooms and apartments (two-room flats with a kitchen area).
The farm is equipped with an eco-friendly system for clean hot water and heating from a boiler powered by our own home-produced poplar wood chips.

“Cascina Palazzina” A.S.D. Riding Stables
The riding stables are located next to the Cascina la Palazzina farm and span over an area of approximately 13,000 m2.
The stables offer the following activities:
▪ Riding School – Pony School – Horse stables
▪ Dressage - Hacking
▪ Preparing ponies
▪ Preparing horses for competitions

Mountain biking on the farm
This truly is the place for bike lovers, whether you’re a road cyclist or mountain biker. The farm has several mountain bikes available for guests and you will also been shown various cycle paths in the area. One wonderful route, for example, is along the villas of the Naviglio Grande and through the countryside of Cassinetta di Lugagnano and Albairate.

The educational farm offers guided tours where you can learn about farming, its products, and about the environment in which it takes place.
