Arrival, departure and breakfast
To be able to welcome you, it’s vital that we know your arrival time.
Breakfast is served from 7 am to 9.30 am.
Rooms will be available from 4.30 pm.
Rooms must be vacated by 10 am on the departure day.
Booking is valid only once the deposit has been paid.
Payment
​Payments must be made in cash or by credit card.
The 30% deposit can be paid by bank transfer to the name of Agriturismo Cascina la Palazzina di Massetti Carlo c/o Istituto Bancario Intesa San Paolo – Abbiategrasso branch – IBAN: IT 63 Q 03069 32381 612004007705.
Once we have received confirmation of the completed bank transfer, we will be able to finalise the booking and send you a confirmation e-mail.

​Cancelling
The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled less than 5 days from the arrival date.
​Pets
The farm is able to receive pets, although we require that you are responsible for any damage caused.

Children up to 10 years old stay free of charge.
Children aged between 11 and 16 years have a 50% discount.
Reduced rates for companies and long stays.
The rates are for bed and breakfast.
Our standard service includes daily room clearing, bed making, a change of towels every two days and clean sheets every week.
The rooms and apartments are equipped with:
